Argueing with mother

I have a mother that always believes in anything which we called in my country as Tahyul such like Bidaah. I always argue with her and sometimes with a loud voice. my question : Was my action good or not in Islam. The reason i'll keep arguing with her is to help herself believing in Allah SWT
