Whenever a man embraced Islam, the Prophet ﷺ would teach him the prayer. Then, the Prophet instructed him to supplicate with these words,
“O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, grant me wellness, and provide for me.”
The Prophet ﷺ brought his fingers together, saying, “Verily, these words encompass your worldly life and your Hereafter.”
Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2697 (old ref: 6516)[1]
This version 6515 includes ”guide me”
As above, then:
“O Allah, forgive me (grant me pardon), have mercy on me, guide me (direct me to the path of righteousness), grant me wellness (grant me protection), and provide for me (grant me sustenance).”
Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2697b (old ref: 6515)
We believe Islam is the answer and the way - and there is no god except Allah (God), the Lord of the universe - no reality, but the reality of the Real (Allah), and Mohammad is certainly His Messenger (may His blessings & peace be upon him).

Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said (shortened version),
“Allah Almighty said: O My servants, I have forbidden injustice for Myself and I have forbidden it among you, so do not oppress one another…
until
O My servants, it is only your deeds that I record and then recompense for you. Let him who finds good praise Allah, and let him who finds something else blame no one but himself.”
Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2577 [2]
