What is the position of Imam Al-Babaharee in the Hanbali
school?

I always thought it was Al-Barbahari.... In any case: I cannot
remember reading a single work of fiqh where his name comes up. If the
question is about his `aqidah, I personally do not exhume graves and
mention the dead unless it benefits them or there is a legal excuse
requiring it. May Allah have mercy upon all of the scholars and be pleased
with them.
