Perhaps a single action of that person you label as a 'Ramadan Muslim' on this day will surpass all of the worship and good deeds that you spent a life time doing - Relax, and focus on yourself. 

Allah took drunkards, prostitutes, murderers, thieves and sinners and He changed their lives and made them awliyah within the blink of eye due to a sincere supplication and a teary eye. Nothing is difficult for Allah - This is the month of miracles and the month that transforms lives.
